The CD contains over 100 works and many of the Gallery's clients have a particular interest in specific artists or subject matter. Sorting and searching on a title or artist would be pretty straight forward on standard website, but a static CD is another matter. Nevertheless we sourced a very fast method for filtering the inventory list a number of different ways - by artist, dates, titles and locations. All through a web browser interface.

Development notes

The presentation uses common browser based functionality to provide a fully searchable catalogue using jQuery & Quicksearch and close details of paintings using Zoomify in Flash.
