As one of classical music's rising stars, it was important for clarinetist Lone Madsen's web site to be an elegant showcase for her talent.

Based on the existing PHP site design, lonemadsen.com was completely rebuilt using Drupal 7, giving Lone control over the site's content and allowing for greater flexibility and functionality for both her and her fans.

The site encompasses a custom Flash-based MP3 player, video and photo gallery along with a private "industry" area for Lone to share with music industry professionals.

Fans can sign up for regular updates from Lone via an integrated MailChimp sign-up form linked to her existing mailing list, and buy her music through links to Amazon and iTunes.
